At Roll & Play Press, we want you to love your apparel as much as your favorite tabletop campaign. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
